Holidays • Labor Day • Thanksgiving and Friday after • Christmas (week between Christmas and New Year) • New Years Day • Good Friday • Memorial Day • Independence Day
Sick Leave • Earn 5 ¼ hour for each two weeks of full-time work • Accumulate up to 675 hours (90 working days) • No cash value upon termination • Used for personal or family illness/injury • Only used for the intended purpose
Personal Leave • Renew each August 1st • 5 days to use between August 1stand the next August 1st • Personal days do not accumulate – any unused as of August 1st will be forfeited • To be used for personal or family issue • Cannot be used for additional vacation days
Birthday Leave • Your birthday is a personal holiday • Normally taken on your birthday • Notify your supervisor in advance of your intent to take your birthday off • If your birthday falls on weekend, last business day prior to your birthday can be substituted
