Buffets • Keep hot food hot with chafing dishes. • Keep cold food cold with ice. • Replace food containers that are less than one-quarter full. • Restock dishes when there are fewer than ten in a stack. • Replace any serving utensils that fall on the floor. • Wipe up any spills on the buffet table.

  3. Continental Breakfast Service May Include: • Small plates • Linen or paper napkins • Forks, spoons, and knives • Glasses • Mugs or cups and saucers

  4. During Meeting Breaks: • Pick up any trash in the room. • Replace dirty tablecloths. • Refill food and beverages. • Replace dull pencils (if they belong to the property) and stock notepads. • Make sure the tables are fresh and neat.
