  2. Methodology The following survey was conducted by OnMessage Inc. within the city of Milwaukee Wisconsin. Telephone interviews were conducted March 6-7, 2011. This survey consists of 600 adults (age 18+) and was stratified by alderman districts reflect actual population distribution. The margin of error for this survey is +/- 4.0%.

  9. As you may know the Milwaukee School Choice program is currently only available to lower income families. It allows thousands of them to send their kids to private schools. Governor Walker has proposed opening up the Milwaukee School Choice program to all children who live in Milwaukee. Do you favor or oppose Governor Walker’s proposal to open the Milwaukee School Choice program to all children?* *Excludes tuition-paying pupils already enrolled in schools in the Milwaukee Parental Choice Program.
