  3. - Do you read books?  • Are you fond of reading?  • Are books worth reading or are they a waste of time? Why? • How do you choose a book?  • Do you read for pleasure or for knowledge?  • What genres do you know?

  4. Find the Russian equivalents for the English proverbs. A room without books is a body without a soul. Комната без книг похожа на тело без души. Choose an author as you choose a friend. Выбирай автора книги так, как выбираешь друга.

  5. Don’t  judge a book by its cover. Не выбирай книгу по обложке. Reading is to the mind what exercise is to the body. Чтение для ума это то же, чтоупражнения для тела. We are what we read I will tell you what you are. Мы те, что мы читаем.

  6. Tell me what you read and I will tell you what you are. Скажи мне, что ты читаешь и я скажу кто ты. Books are a great thing as long as you know how to use them. Книги-великая вещь, если знаешь, как ими пользоваться.
