(2) Decide on a business! • What is the business that you will introduce to Purcellville? • What is your primary product? • Who is your target market? • What is unique about this product in Purcellville? • Where will your business be located?

(2) Begin writing your Business Plan! • Management Team Plan – present your management team’s qualifications for making the venture a success • Company Description – outline your company’s basic background information, business concept, and goals and objectives • Product and Service Plan – describe the features and benefits of your business’s products and services • Vision and Mission Statements – set forth the guiding principles by which your company functions
