  1. An Early Career Program For XIIth Pass outs At HCL  Tech Bee is an Early Career Program offered by HCL TSS; it is a work-integrated learning program. Academically brilliant Class XII scholars can now enrol for this unconventional fast-track career path. Over the years, this program has helped in gaining positive HCL Training & Staffing Services reviews. It offers the candidates a top-quality job with India’s third-largest company & an opportunity to pursue graduation from the best technical institutions of India. 

  2. The Fee of the Training & Hiring Program & Where They Are Offered • The fee for this Training & Hiring Program is INR 2 Lac + Applicable taxes. The fee is towards the cost of training for careers with HCL. • This program is currently being offered across- • Madurai • Lucknow • Chennai • Noida • Selection Procedure- Online test followed by an interview.

  3. Stipend for this Training & Hiring Program  For the first year of training, candidates will get a stipend of INR 10,000 per month

  4. Duration of the Program  • The duration of this HCL’s Early Career Program- Tech Bee is one year which comprises of • Foundation training • Technology training • Role-specific Professional Practice Term training

  5. Career Path • After the successful completion of the HCL TSS program, candidates will get: • Certificate in IT from SSN • They will start their IT career with HCL across various streams including: • Application Development • Software/ Product Testing • Application Support • Infrastructure Management Service • They will get an opportunity to pursue B.SC (Software Engineering) from Shiv Nadar University or Masters in IT program that is offered by reputed local universities.
