3. PURPOSE: To focus on Army Team C4ISR’s sustainment support provided to units through all ARFORGEN phases, including depot support and forward support provided to deploying and deployed units. The forward support discussion will include a description of how our Enterprise portal enhances our situational awareness of our forward support personnel and efforts.

19. Sustainment/Field Reset Communications-Electronics Evaluation and Repair Teams (CEER-T)
Purpose
Provide maintenance, repair parts, test equipment and technicians at unit locations to Reset Night Vision Devices (NVDs) and SINCGARS communication equipment to pre-deployment, Field Level, 10/20 maintenance standards.
20. Communications Security (COMSEC)
Purpose
Identify COMSEC equipment that has been battle exposed in OIF & OEF.
Support Direct Exchange (DX) or repair of equipment to 10/20 standards.
Test, clean, repair and perform software upgrades.

24. The handoff of completed systems by Tobyhanna is performed at the units location and is accepted by the unit.
