How Is High School Different from Junior High School? Question: How many credits can a Freshman earn at the end of the 1st year if he passes all 7 classes both semesters? Passing grades of 65 or higher in classes earn students credits/units towards the 24 credits needed to graduate. Each semester students can earn up to 3.5 credits/units towards the 24 needed to graduate.
