Cell Culturing on Grid Petri dish • For experiment, single layer cells are grown on grid Petri dish using cell culture techniques. • Cells are adhered at the bottom of the cell culture dish after 24 hrs. • Grid is present on upper surface of bottom to relocate the targeted cell after experiment.
