  2. Hobsons Early Alert • Hobsons Retain includes a paperless Early Alert system that could serve as a supplement the academic warning form.

  3. Early Alerts • Hobsons Retain uses a survey feature to allow faculty to raise alerts about the students on their rosters. • Types of Alerts: • Academic • Attendance • Behavioral • Financial • Personal/Social

  4. Faculty and Staff Supporting Student Academic Progress • Hobsons alerts are immediately routed to both the student and to support offices. • Student support staff can quickly address alerts to support student academic progress.
