Unit 6 ‘Posted Topic’ • A judge is often called upon to rule on the admissibility of evidence at a trial to ensure that only relevant evidence is presented. In Unit 6’s Seminar we will discuss the various types of evidence that can be presented at trial. You should review the material in Chapter 10, specifically hearsay evidence, prior to attending the seminar.
