  2. Audio The audio portion of this web conference will come through your computer speakers. Please be sure that you have sound and that your volume is turned up.

  3. Audio (cont’d) If you are have having problems with your sound, please use the ‘Audio Setup Wizard’ found by clicking on ‘Meeting’ -> ‘Manage my Settings’ -> ‘Audio Setup Wizard’

  4. Get Ready to Participate Please… • Post a sign on your door to let others know not to disturb • Close out all other programs on your computer

  5. Select Your Status Let the presenter(s) know your status by selecting the icon from the lower left hand corner of your screen.

  6. Chat or Ask Questions You may ask questions and make comments to: • Everyone in the meeting • Only the presenters • One individual

  7. Connectivity Indicator Are you connected to the meeting? • Green – Optimum connection • Gold – May experience minor delays • Red – Temporarily disconnected • Don’t Panic! The system will automatically attempt to reconnect you, or you may close your browser, and log back in.
