  2. The Plan Improve the chapter membership. Increase public awareness. Give back to the community. Increase education and networking opportunities for members. Showcase the educational opportunities to the Real Estate community.
  3. Membership Increase membership? What is the goal? What can the Board do to help?
  4. Education Increase attendance? Classes we should offer? Showcase the classes? What can the Board do to help?
  5. Program Increase the attendance? Should we offer CE at luncheons? How can the Board help?
  6. Chapter with a Heart Should we have Monthly events? Should we have Quarterly events? How can the Board help?
  7. Public Relations Increase public awareness? Increase Sponsorship? How can the Board help?
  8. Communications Bring this together? Improve? How can the Board help?
  9. Area Vice Presidents Getting this off the ground? Pick them? How can the Board help?
  10. The Plan Strategic Plan should be reviewed every six months. To keep the Board focused. Membership goal to increase by at least 10% Membership drive Board to invite Agents they know to a Business Card exchange have a guest speaker to give information about CRS.
  11. The Plan and Goals Education offer 4 (2) day classes. Use Pillar to Post for free education courses. Program 1st luncheon guest speaker Kathy Connelly offer Box Lunch with Real Estate Commission for $10. Or offer 2 CE luncheon per year. And 2 networking events.
  12. The Plan and Goals Chapter with a Heart Monthly Food Bank collection or clothes for the Homeless or for people getting back into the workforce. With 24 counties in Maryland with every month 2 counties collect items we would be in the public every month.
  13. The Plan and Goals Public Relations with Chapter with a Heart having an event every month this will give PR lots of information to put in front of the public. Public Relations can increase Sponsorship by emailing and talking to as many vendors as possible.
  14. The Plan and Goals Communications newsletter, website, PR, and technology (Facebook) all should be uniform and have the same updated information. Every committee should be present in the newsletter monthly as well as the website and on Facebook.
  15. The Plan and Goals Area V.P. 24 counties in Maryland we need 12 Area V.P.s for MD, 1 for DC and 1 for DE. We will need a Coordinator to receive the information for the Board. Area V.P.s will offer classes from one of the Sponsors, hold networking events and organize collection for Chapter with a Heart.

  17. The Plan Board member should wear their Board pin when attending an event in their county. The Board should talk to everyone they know about an upcoming Chapter event. The Board member should support any and all committee in some way.
  18. The Plan To increase Leadership in the Chapter keep an eye out for people you feel will be willing to step into a Leadership role. Who do you think would be great as an Area V.P.?

A Plan Hosting Christmas Open House Hold a Christmas house at a new home – Ryland / Richmond American or Toll Brothers Mary Kay, Scentsy Wickless, Winery, Avon, Lia Sophia, Miche Handbag, The Pampered Chef, Willow House Each vendor will give two items for two grand prize giveaways for 50/50 raffle MD/DC CRS applications, newsletters, Sponsorship applications and booklets
