Something of value may be more than just money. AZ also has zero tolerance for fraud… You must be truthful in your expense reporting and other Company records. AZ is committed to only engaging third parties who hold similar ethical standards… If you are the “activity owner” for a third party engagement, you are accountable to ensure that the third party’s reputation and conduct are consistent with AZ’s high ethical standards. Conflicts of interest may impair your decision-making and compromise the Company’s best interests… You must disclose actual, apparent or potential conflicts to your line manager in writing as soon as they become known. AZ is committed to promoting our products appropriately… You must only promote our products after the necessary market approval, and only consistent with the approved labeling, in a fair and balanced manner.
