Approach • Check number of occupants • Check mirror for traffic • Stay out of lane of traffic • Approach (either side) • Right hand print

After The Stop • Move vehicle back away from violator • Violator visibility to enter traffic • Distance for safety • Finish notes after violator leaves • Finish notes before leaving • Not while driving
