  7. Present • Data preparation for conversion • Review current data for consistency • Map current data to new data structure and standards • Collection of additional data • Sponsor contacts, addresses, phone numbers, etc.

  9. Future • System Testing • User Training • Production Conversion • GO LIVE !!! • Currently set for early February • Post Implementation Support

  10. How can I help? • Send us your feedback or questions • Attend information sessions on WISPER and WISDM • Review expired or inactive projects and help RSA close these out • Determine how to handle over/under-expended projects and work with RSA to clear up balances
