Mission • Ford Motor Corporation will lead the global (3) automotive industry in providing superior automobiles, parts, accessories and services(2), while embracing consumer (1) and environment-driven (8) innovation by exploring, developing, and applying new technologies (4). In doing so, FMC aims to provide value for it’s shareholders as well as maintaining positive operating results, and industry-leading profit while contributing positively to the American economy (5,10). FMC seeks to embody the American spirit (6,7) not only through it’s products, but through training, enrichment and growth opportunities for its employees (9).
