  1. Standard VI: Teachers contribute to the academic success of students The work of the teacher results in acceptable, measurable progress for students based on established performance expectations using appropriate data to demonstrate growth.

  2. Need some clarification? Teachers in non-tested grades and subjects will have a Standard VI rating based on school-wide data for the 2011-2012 school year only. Next year (?), DPI will roll out Measures of Student Learning for currently non-tested grades and subjects. All teachers then will have individual data to be a part of the Standard VI rating.
