  7. 探訪時注意事項 • 守時 • 按門鐘，勿急促。拍門時，勿太用力，需耐心等候，因長者的行動緩慢。 • 見面時，臉露笑容，禮貌地打招呼。 • 義工自我介紹 • 離開時勿忘記禮貌的說再見

  8. 探訪傾談時注意事項 • 不要問長者太私隱及太深入的問題 • 不要隨便作出承諾 • 不可涉及金錢來往
