Haiti Haiti is one of poorest countries in the Western Hemisphere. Eighty percent of residents live in poverty, according to the CIA World Factbook. A major earthquake struck southern Haiti on January 12, 2010, inflicting a catastrophe on the impoverished Caribbean nation.
The Needs of Haiti : • Education • Medical Supplies • Support • Jobs and Job training • Sustainable Development • Help Combating hunger • Malnutrition • Shelter and security • Electricity • Schools • Nutritious meals for children.
CPIHaiti : We believe we were created to live a life of significance. Not the typical self-centered, crowd-pleasing significance, but rather a Godly significance established through serving others and generosity. However, we become more fully alive when we invest the overflow of gifts and resources that have been given to us to reverse the effects of brokenness and despair in the people around us.

What Gause Academy is Doing To help : We here at Gause Academy are doing a *Community Service Project to help Sponsor our own Child in Haiti. Voluntary work intended to help people in a particular area.
What you can do to Help : If everyone on our campus gave 10 cents a month, we could collect enough money for that Sponsorship.
