Current Focus • Command link DLA tasks with CCMDs (Ph I and CSART finding) • USPACOM complete • USNORTHCOM next • Other CCMDs • Validate Agency Mission Essential Tasks (Ph I) • New initiative (estimate complete Apr 12) • Develop Agency training objectives and Training Plan (Ph II) • New initiative (estimate complete June 12) • Prepare Agency for National level disaster response (Ph III) • Plan with FEMA/integrate into USNORTHCOM Exercise Ardent Sentry (May 12) • Leverage all training opportunities for maximum Agency benefit (Ph III) • Ongoing discussion between J1, J3, J6, DES functional & emergency management/exercise planners • Establish a process for data mining lessons learned to improve mission readiness assessment (Ph IV) • Initial discussions with J3 Center for Lessons Learned (DORRA)
