Term End Date Process • Please remind your departments of the change to Term Employees’ records • Effective 8/15/10 – Term employees and their supervisors began receiving email notifications if their job end was within 45 days • Departments are to use PZROSTMN to manage • Will be sorted by Job End Date, with most recent dates first • Important to contact the EDC to update your supervisor if needed

  4. Email notification • Email notification within UNMJobs is possible at several points in the system • The goal is to help you track progress of transactions, not to replace pulling up the transactions in the system (e.g., viewing comments)

  5. Email notifications: Examples Notes: Include Working Title, Position Number, Last name (?) (esp. for hiring proposal), posting start and end date (?, for Competitive), inc. quick link for posting, [search posting data (top)], distinguish copy positions (?) – original vs. copy, action number, Name of Department Originator The following posting is at the status of: Approved for Internal/WaiverTitle:  Program CoordinatorPosting Number:  0807716Organization:  AFD   | STA | College of Nursing Thank you. For Career Advancement postings, use question numbers 36380, 36382, and 36386 (for question 36382 apply score to "No" response)2. For all HSC posting you must use the following HSC compliance questions, 27195, 27196, 27197, 27198, 27199, and 27200

  13. Position Data Sync • Org codes are now synced in Banner between Jobs & Position • The Org Codes you see in UNMJobs should be the same as those on your UNMJobs Position
