What we’re doing today • Problem solving by focussing on solutions • You'll work with groups but we'll switch from one task to another very quickly • You will experience the whole process, you can use it with your colleagues • Invitation that you let everyone contribute • Invitation to continue working with each other/supporting each other outside of this session/conference EVENT TITLE HERE IN CAPS

  8. 10 minutes • Come up with a joint scenario in a group • Bring in more colour and detail to this vision • Don’t consider what you could/should do to get there yet • Try to describe in positive language • e.g. ‘My colleague chats to me when they come into the office’ instead of ‘My colleague is not ignoring me anymore’ What would a dream be for you?
