  3. Please read A Thousand Splendid Suns. Stop when you get to the beginning of Chapter 45. Please read Chapter 45 for homework tonight. You will have a reading quiz tomorrow. ATSS: Chapters 41-44

  4. IMPORTANT!! Do NOT read or say out loud what you see written on anyone’s card. Each of you has been given a card with a person/character on it. This person/character is part of a famous couple. Your job is to find your “better half”. The trick is, no one can tell you who you are, or say ANY of the associated words listed on your card. By talking to each other and using indirect characterization, find your missing half! Think: S-T-E-A-L Characterization game
