Reread the assignment for the piece of writing you chose and think of ways you can improve your work. • Assignments were Day 3 of Writing Prompts for Lessons 1-4.
The author’s personal voice reveals his/her personality and attitude. • A writer’s choice of words and unique expressions help readers hear that voice.
Reread composition and ask yourself… • Does the piece include personal thoughts, feelings, and attitudes? • Does the piece include vivid sensory details? • Do the sentences convey emotion through end punctuation?
