FOUNDATION HISTORY AND MISSION Founded in 1994 501(c)(3) organization Original purpose: to purchase, finance, and renovate new ASCE Headquarters building Mission: to provide support, through fundraising and philanthropy, for programs and initiatives that enhance quality of life and promote the civil engineering profession.
