  3. Sports and Clubs Analysis Most of the sports that are most popular are the same from then and now. The values of students being athletic and helping others has stayed the same because being involved in extra circulars is a norm in high school.

  4. Relationships With Teachers Then Now Very comfortable A lot of students are disrespectful Some teachers and students use swear words. • Highly respected • Some relatable • No swearing

  5. Relationships With Teachers Analysis • Students today seem to have less respect for elders and are more relatable to their teachers now. This may be because there are a lot more problems within families now than there were 30 years ago. I think parents from this decade care less, leading to their children not caring and having less respect for their surroundings.

  6. Different Cliques Then Now Popular Emo Theater Nerds Anime club • Burnouts • Jocks • Geeks • Cheerleaders • Goths

  7. Clique Analysis • Back then I think the groups were more separated by what sport they were involved in. Today there is a larger diversity of the different types of groups. Over time more groups evolve because people begin to discover that other people have the same interests as them. Also, I feel like not everybody stays within their clique today. Students are more diverse and talk to others outside of their group. Back then, they were more separated, for example at lunch time each clique had their separate table. This is somewhat true today but more than one group of people sit at a table.

  9. Clothing Analysis • The clothing back then was much more conservative than the clothing is now. For the girls, it is much more revealing today. It is also more casual for both genders. I think the clothing is so different because today, our society promotes individualism, so people create styles of their own and it is more accepted. Back then if someone did not follow the dress norm it was unacceptable.
