  3. Examples of Thoughts • “Should I do my homework or should I play a game?” • “What have I done?” • “How are my friends doing?” • “Is my mom mad at me?”

  4. Why is it Constructive? • Over thinking something give a better understanding • Make you be prepared • ‘Think before doing sth.’  reduce regret, hurting other ppl.’s feeling • Problem-solving

  5. Why is it Destructive? • Over-think things(ex. worrying) • Commit-suicide • Fear others (don’t claim his/her opinion strongly) • Make problems worse
