Recent News • Titanium Group Takes Part in Pilot Test for Intelligent Security Systems for the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, China • SAN JOSE, Calif., Sept. 19, 2006 -- Titanium Group, Ltd., a leading biometric and security solution provider, today announced that its ProAccess FaceGuard facial recognition product has been successfully deployed for a worldwide sporting event, the 11th International Softball Federation Women's Fast Pitch World Championship, at the Beijing Feng-Tai Sports Center, one of the newly constructed sporting venues in Beijing for the upcoming 2008 Olympic Games. The sporting event was also regarded as a pilot test for intelligent security systems for the upcoming Olympic Games in China.   22. Use of Proceeds Three major areas we plan to invest for the continual growth of Titanium Group Limited. They are: • Acquisition (USD 6.0 – 7.0 million) • Project finance (USD 1.0 – 2.0million) • Research and Development (USD 1.0 million) which will result in an aggregate of USD 8M – 10M • Acquisition: We will also be looking for acquisition for further and rapid expansion of the company and sales network in United States and Mainland China. • Project Finance: We are seeking to participate in large-scale project to enhance the visibility and financial performance of the group, e.g. Olympic 2008 in Beijing. In this project, we need to invest at least 10% of the expected project sum of 10M-20M in advance. • Research and Development: Currently we have leading technologies in a few areas but we must continue our effort to further enhance and stay ahead of the curve. There are other potential areas of technology development where we have identified.
