Worldwide people are communicating not only with words, but also gestures and signs. However in various countries they can mark something else, so in order not to make a mistake you should read our „dictionary”. People think, that "for gestures it is always possible to reach an agreement". Certainly? Such a thinking drove many people into dangerous situations. It turns out that the various meanings are open-handed. It is necessary to read any dictionary in order not to get into trouble.

Summoning somebody with finger in the USA he has an erotic colouring and an invitation to the sex means, in this way prostitutes are being referred in Indonesia and Australia, whereas on the Philippines - dogs (using this gesture towards people can even be punished);

Raised up thumb - in Poland (as similarly as in France and the United States) it is signalling that something is all right, but do not do this e.g. in Greece or Iran, where the vulgar expression has it.

The raised index finger and small - means good, crazy party. In this way it is certainly offending the Italian, since a "cuckold" is marking it. Whereas where it is applying to the Buddhism and the Hinduism this driving away the evil is.

Crossing of fingers - this way we often do, when we are lying and we want to protect ourselves before the penalty for this lie, however Turks are demonstrating breaking the friendship off into this way.

Raised hand or both with deployed fingers - usually means: "I am not having anything to do with it", but we are also doing, when we want to calm somebody, but for the Greek the "five" is an insult, whereas in Lebanon - categorical "not" (it is worthwhile remembering about it, when we cannot drive ourselves away from sellers).

Pulling oneself by ears - is often applied by children as the form of annoying somebody (in Poland), in India it is serious form of the apology and admitting that they acted badly.

Hitting with the side of the hand in the neck - for Poles or Russians this is invitation to drink alcohol, however let us not invite in this way of Italians, they can think that we are threatening to kill them - for them it is symbol of a death.

Shaking one's head up and into the bottom in Poland means that we agree on something, whereas head movement in every possible way we disagree. For the Japanese is the opposite. Weird…

Sticking out one's tonguefor us is really rude, in India however it is symbol of esteem. What?! :D

Connecting the thumb to the index finger (circle) - for many it simply okey, but in Ethiopia - indication of the homosexuality. Japanese men are demonstrating this way, when money is being talked about, whereas in Mexico it is symbolizing the sex.

Touching with the index finger the cheek - Frenchmen are expressing the suspicion this way (lie). For Italians it is a symbol of the good food.

Rubbing of the thumb against the index finger and centre it is applying, when money is being talked about. For residents of Latin America it is an indication of turning off the tap.

Now we are going to say something about the most popular way to say what we are thinking about - dance. A lot of young people are dancing. Why? Because it is really simply way to say everything. Of course we have to dance very well to say anything. You know, if we have got problems - we are dancing, if we are sad - we are dancing, if we are happy - we are dancing, etc. You can see how much feelings we can show by dance. Now you need to know how much styles of dance are. Modern dance, ballet, hip hop, jazz, salsa, house, belly dance, break-dancing, locking, popping, tango - and still a lot other.:D
