How to use PowerPoint • Open PowerPoint (Macintosh HD, Applications, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint) • Type a title and subtitle • Choose Insert --> New Slide • Type info • Click screen icon at bottom to play slide show • Press escape to go back to editing PowerPoint
PowerPoint or Word suggestions • Make text at least 28 point • 7 by 7 rule - have no more than 7 rows or 7 words per line • Use Colors and symbolssuch as Read Do • Black book means read this • Blue hand means do these examples • To get symbols choose Insert -> Symbol… -> Font: Wingdings
