Publications matched on name and UoM Affiliation Matched records uploaded into Themis Authors and Publications Coordinators notified by automated email Authors or Publications Coordinators add in Research Codes How Harvesting Works
Go into the Themis Publications Module through Research Self Service Check that the harvested record contains the correct bibliographic details Check that your author details are correct, including your affiliation What You Need to Do Check that your author affiliation is assigned to the correct department
Add Research Codes Add in the Research Codes At least one FOR and one SEO code must be entered Click for more information on FOR & SEO Codes
Attach Publication If you have a pdf version of the publication or link to an external website, attach it to the record
Assign an Owning Department Assign an owning department Choose your department as the owning department
Submit the Publication Click on the Submit button to send the publication to your Publications Coordinator Click on the Verify button
