Things to be considered in the implementation of Uniform Ordinance Violation Receipt (UOVR) • The LGU is not required to fill up all the fields in the UOVR, policy is set by the LGU. • Every LGU UOVR booklet should have a cover page that contains LGU specific violation, corresponding codes and other pertinent information, to assist enforcers in filling up the UOVR.

  11. Overdue UOVR MMDA Issued – using the UOVR as a license the day after issuance, assuming Driver’s License was confiscated. LGU Issued – using the UOVR as a temporary license beyond the validity period of the issuing LGU as indicated at the back.
