  3. Objectives of Project 200t Truck scale • Extend the POWERCELL truck scale line (see below table)

Status – Trading / Marketing • 2 Models(VTS307/VTS229) for Domestic launch---2012Q4 • List prices are set and re-affirmed • BT3(VC)- of VTS307 /VTS229finished, and effective from 1th of Dec 2012 • Launch/Marketing and Service package is uploaded: • http://inside-cn.ap.mt.mtnet/VEH%20MARKETING/default.aspx • - Launch trainings in china have started on Jan 2013(MO Annual year meeting)

  5. Status – Supply Chain China • Ready to receive orders and to deliver: • VHBU ready to receive orders and to deliver Product VTS307 • VXBU ready to receive orders and to deliver Product VTS229 • Spare parts , Accessories and etc. are available for ordering from MT-CN from end of Nov.  • Prices and conditions are defined for all internal and external customers. • Forecast in the future 3 years has been done. • Ready to receive orders and to handle Product VTS307 and VTS229 to China MOs as from end of Nov. • Finish the inspection, manufacturing and delivery preparation in all levels.

  6. Status – Approvals & Certifications • SCS/ZCS POWERCELL PDX Truck Scale: Continue to use existing Certificate. (苏) 制00000070号-14 • Load Cell SLC820: applied ; (20~100t) • Terminal T800/IND880: applied

  7. Status – Launch Package • The launch package has been prepared and updated in Future. • The following picture is the detail document list for M500, all updated in Future(the list see slide 27).

  9. 200t Truck Scale Field Testing In addition, over 13000 cell-days of operation have been recorded in China with no failure reported.

  11. Status – Phase-In / Phase-Out for China • 200t POWERCELL PDX Truck scale Phase-In: 2012Q4 released for China. • 200t POWERCELL 0760 Truck scale Phase-Out. already passed M670 phase in Sep 2012. Plan to make M680/M700 in Dec 2012.

Scope for M500 Assessment Goals • Review the finalized solution (product including service products); • Production as PDX truck scale , it will be manufactured by the same tooling and equipment in workshop. and debugged use current equipment. • α and β test had been passed. So the Design Test Plan (Quality Plan) has been successful completed. • Affirmation that the product, and its related documentation and supporting processes are ready for introduction to the market.
