Gear Sharing Processes (5,5) If the equipment sharing processes are not defined by 31 July 2012, then the NCAC COPE will not be able to deliver program with reasonable costs. NCAC COPE Issue 2 (Equipment Sharing) Gear Sharing Processes (High)Currently, each camp funds gear and ropes for their respective courses. Camp Airy has no gear (helmets, harnesses, ATCs, etc.) or ropes. NCAC COPE Issue 3 (Facilitator Cadre) Developing Facilitator Cadre (High)Council offers training twice a year. Promotion of training has been through Camp Snyder’s website. Access to the content is controlled by the Camp Director, who has been too busy to make updates.
