Luxury • Shopped at: The Magnificent Mile “Michigan Ave, Chicago” • Attire: Fur coat and a Hermes Scarf • Dined at: Peninsula Chicago Hotel for tea and then later for lunch, and to finish off her day she went to the Four Seasons Hotel for champagne. • Bought: $75 Serge Lutens Crimson lipstick from Barney’s

Mid-Range • Shopped at: State Street during lunch hour • Attire: Business Casual • Dined at: Samples at Macy’s and bag of popcorn from Garrett’s to finish her day. • Bought: $24.95Marshall Field’s cookbook, $48 mint colored Charter Club p.j.’s from Macy’s, $12 v-necks pullovers, $5.50 dog toys, $4.50 wacky holiday socks all from Old Navy, $9.99 leather wallet from Carson Pirie Scott, 3 for $4.50 faux amber bracelets from Forever 21, 4 for $15 mix and match dishware, $24.50 goose down men’s vest from Sears

Bargain • Shopped at: Chicago Premium Outlets in the suburbs • Attire: Ninja Shoppers Vest • Dined at: Maki of Japan in the food court • Bought: $7.99earphones from Sony, $16.99 flats and $24.90 wedges from Rave, $4.99 bracelet from Nine West and got one free, $6.95 for two votive candles from Villeroy & Boch, and $8.98 men’s shirt from Banana Republic
