LE CONDITIONNEL . How to make the conditional tense ?. For regular er and ir verbs : take the infinitive, then add the conditional ending. For re verbs : take the infinitive, drop the final e then add the conditional ending.

How to make the conditional tense ? • For regular er and ir verbs : take the infinitive, then add the conditional ending. • For re verbs : take the infinitive, drop the final e then add the conditional ending. The conditional endings are the same as the imperfect endings ! AIS – AIS – AIT – IONS – IEZ - AIENT

  3. !!! Some verbs are irregular !!! • être : je serais • avoir : j’aurais • faire : je ferais • aller : j’irais
