Timeline Phase 1 Pilot Project (May 2007 - January 2008): • Initial working version of website with content sufficient to demonstrate future capability and extensibility of the system. Phase 2-3 (January 2008 – December 2009): • Added content and civic engagement to increase public awareness and involvement in issues important to the quality of life. Indiana University

Civic Engagement • Community Working Group convened for two years prior to start of pilot project this spring. • Four Obesity Focus Area Working Groups convening during pilot phase: Built Environment, Nutrition, Physical Activity, and Mental Health. • A community engagement plan is being developed by CUPE for Phases 2-3.
