  3. Cool facts • He was the first person to sign the Independence. • He was taken to court and defended by John Adams managed to get the British drop the meeting. • He talked to many slaves and people by not getting shot.

  4. Child hood • He loved to talk to slaves and help them.

  5. Overcoming troubles • He almost got shot in the neck and almost died.

  6. What makes them famous during the war • That he sign the Independences in big writing.
