All In Coaching- May 10 • DOU • Unavailability • Now collected/ closed on a Thursday prior to next weekend (9 days away from match weekend) • Season Patterns & Preparedness • Patterns in Senior Football- best teams v’s lesser teams making sense • Colts divisions formulated- 10/8/10/8, final 5/4/5/4 • How do we prepare? What does it mean? • Tough times ahead- training v recovery

All In Coaching- May 10 • DOU • Teamwork • Discuss performances with each other- before/ during/ after (360) • Challenges v constructive teamwork • Prepare well/ review well/ assist each other (developing umpires) • Match Reports • This is our form of communication to the leagues • Use them appropriately but make sure we use them • Timekeeping issues/ team delays/ coaching issues/ team & officials attire/ red & yellow cards/ stretchers/ melees/ ground markings etc. • Lets avoid taking things into our own hands

All In Coaching- May 10 • Other • Appointments • Only those appointed are to run games • Should an umpire not appointed seek to run tell them to contact the GFUL for formal appointment • If umpires appointed do not turn up notify Kevin McMaster • Some umpires are assisting us with ‘doubling’ up on games • Conditions- 2 umpire system then a 3 umpire system • No observation however if required coach will be aware its your second game • Not every weekend unless happy to
