Was the patient smoking or inhaling something that could have aspergillus in it?
Patient of 59 years old • Tissue diagnosis been made with cell block of the pericardial fluid appeared soon after the consultation causing cardiac tamponade requiring pericardial centesis. • Symptomatic thrombosis of left femoral vein • Adenocarcinoma, EGFR mut (-) • Treatment: anticoagulant; Carbo + Pacli + Bevacizumab
Was this a slow onset disease? • Was there fever or weight loss? • Was a diagnosis established by lung biopsy?
