Strategic Context • Priority in North Yorkshire Housing & Homeless Strategy 2012 & Local Investment Plan (LIP) 2011 • LIP target = 300 additional rural affordable homes 2012 to 2015 (75 p.a. av) • Need for C. 2,500 affordable homes in NY in SHMA
