  2. How does it work? • I will ask 4 to 5 “clicker” questions during each lecture • If you answer one question right or wrong in each session you will get 2 points extra credit • The total amount of extra credit available for the semester is 16 points

  3. What do I need? • You will need a “clicker” or a ResponseWare license • You can buy the “clicker” at any book store or • You can buy the clicker here: https://store.turningtechnologies.com/ • You can buy a license here: https://store.turningtechnologies.com/ • The school code is TTU1

  4. What does the “clicker” look like?

  5. The license works with: • Apple® iPhone™ • Blackberry® smartphones • Windows Mobile® devices • Laptop or Desktop • Must have internet access

After you buy a license .... • Go to https://www.rwpoll.com/CreateAccount.aspx • After you create an account you get an 8 character # that you use to register your license here: http://student.turningtechnologies.com/ • Enter my email address: p.flamm@ttu.edu • Click Display Classes • You will see the following classes: ISQS 3344-701 Tuesday and ISQS 3344-702 Thursday • Click on your section and press Add

  7. How do I register for ISQS 3344? • Go here: http://student.turningtechnologies.com/ • Enter your license # or clicker # Zeros – NOT “Os”

How do I log in to answer questions? • Go here if you have a license: http://www.rwpoll.com/ • Log in and enter the session ID and you will join the session and can answer questions • If you have a clicker log in to the correct RF channel for Room 067 (see next slide) which is 04…..... and then the receiver will recognize your answers

Room 0067 Turning Point Polling SystemChannel 04 –GO-0-4 • To Switch Channels: • Press GO/Channel - flashingRed/Green • Press 0 - flashingRed/Green • Press 4 • Green light (3 sec) = success • Red light (3 sec) = failure • Amber (3 sec) light - try GO/Channel-0-4-GO/Channel • No light – Try 0 (pause) GO/Channel-0-4 • Pause between key presses! • Red light flashing – waiting for reply
