  1. Training Needs Assessment: Important Aspect of Organisations to Grow Training bridges the gap between the current capabilities and desired capabilities of the participants in the organisation. Training Needs Assessment is the method of examining whether training need exists and if yes then what type of training is required to bridge the gap. Training Needs Assessment precisely identify the levels of the current situation with the help of tar- get Surveys, Observation, interviews, workshops and secondary data. The gap between the current capabilities of accomplishing targets and desired goals determines the problem that, in turn, arouses the need for training to bridge the gap. Requirements of Training Needs Assessment Training is conducted to ensure that employees have the knowledge and correct set of skills to do the work effectively and efficiently. Training Needs Assessment bridges the gap between the cur- rent performance and desired performance of employees. The reason for the gap is outdated knowledge and skills. Training is the key solution for bridging covering the gap.
