  4. Proposed AB 109 Changes House realigned offenders with sentences over 10 years in state prisons, pending negotiations with federal judges. Presume split sentences for realigned offenders. Provide $7.9 million for additional CCP planning grants Reduce the fire camp rate charged to counties
