  3. GCSE RESULTS • Mathematics- A*-C went from 79% to 85% (NAT-69%) 3LP- 83% (NAT 65%) 4LP- 38% (NAT 29%) • English- A*-C went from 66% to 76%(NAT-64%) 3LP-75% (NAT 70%) 4LP-38% (NAT 32%)

  4. Results – TAG Cohort 17% of the WHOLE Y11 cohort (199 students) secured 7+ A*-A grades 28% recorded 5+ A*-A 39% posted 3+ A*-A

  6. KS5 RESULTS ATTAINMENT • A*-B pass rate improved at AS and A2 on last year. • AS PASS RATE was 94% (NAT- 89%) • A2 PASS RATE was 99% (NAT-98%) PROGRESS • AS Value Added (0.02 compared to -0.12 last year) • A2 Value Added (-0.16 compared to -0.06 last year)

  8. WIGS- GROUPS OF STUDENTS • 57% of PP students achieve 5 ‘good’ GCSE results. • 62% of AG students achieve 4LP in English and Maths.

Strategies • We also have 3 specific strategic aims which tie-in with this strategic wheel: • To achieve OUTSTANDING teaching & learning across the school • To continue to develop an OUTSTANDING workforce • To further enhance OUTSTANDING opportunities for all students • Linked to these are 18 action points

Strategies • To engage with these strategies and action points that seek to support the achievement of our WIGs and wider aims: • Order the 7 action points into what you feel may be of most key value • Sort the 7 most non-negotiable action points in to the three strategic aims • Discuss if there is a non-negotiable or other action point you feel is missing which might help with the achievement of our WIGs
