Volcanoes. By Alex Allen. Magma is hot rock inside the volcano. When magma comes out in an eruption it is lava. When volcanoes erupt they send out toxic dust and rock known as pyroclastic flow. Pyroclastic flow can drop the climate several degrees. These effects can be felt across the globe.
