  1. 3 Fast Bikes That Will Blow you Away

  2. More than just a hobby, motorcycle riding is a way of life. For the bikers at heart, nothing can replace the excitement they feel hearing their machine’s engine roar, or the thrill they experience in pushing their bikes to the limit. If you too want to join the biking brotherhood, but do not have enough money sitting in your bank account, consider attending a salvage motorcycle auction to bring home a used bike. Ask most bikers the one thing that drives them about riding, and most will say speed. The thrill of watching the world sink into oblivion, when you test your bike’s limit is an experience that cannot be summarised in words. Bike manufacturers understand this need for speed and over the years, have come up with speed demons that can even give some of the fastest cars in the world a run for their money. So, without any further adieu, let us introduce you to some of the fastest bikes ever produced.

  3. Dodge Tomahawk Imagine cruising at a top speed of 420 mph. For some it may be a horrific prospect, however, ardent bikers, if given a chance, would not have second thoughts getting on the speed demon called Tomahawk. Since its launch in 2003, only a handful of Tomahawks have been sold. The Tomahawk has four wheels and is powered by an 8.3 liter, V10 SRT 10 Dodge Viper engine, capable of producing 500 hp.

  4. Kawasaki Ninja H2R Widely considered to be one of the fastest bikes of its generation, the H2R, truly is a speed demon. Thanks to the supercharged 998 cc supercharged DOHC inline-4motor the motorcycle can cruise at a top speed of 249 mph. Just to give you an idea of how fast the H2R is, Hennessey Venom GT, one of the fastest cars in the world has a top speed of 270 mph, which is just about 30 mph faster than the H2R. For better control, the bike has trellis outline and also includes a puppy ring transmission that drastically improves the driving experience.

  5. Suzuki Hayabusa There are few things (creatures or machines) that can match the speed of a Hayabusa in a bad mood. Named after Peregrine Falcon (known as Hayabusa in Japanese) , the fastest creature on earth, the superbike can achieve a top speed of 194 mph. The monstrous 1340 cc, four stroke, DOHC engine makes 197 HP of pure, unadulterated power, enough to bring your wildest of dreams to life.

  6. Wrap Up Just when we thought motorcycles couldn’t get any faster, manufacturers surprised us by launching these speed demons. With an improvement in technology, only time will tell how fast bikes will get. If you are using these or any other fast bikes, do not forget to take precautionary measures. Use riding gear, and do not push the bike to limits beyond which you cannot control it.
