Project Background • What’s Australasian Journal of Information Systems (AJIS)? • An international quality, peer reviewed journal covering innovative research and practice in Information Systems.
But…. • How to submit paper? post mail? email? or make a phone call? • How to get more interesting things for internet? • More shortcomings…..
What we need? • A peer platform Equal contribution to AJIS Resource sharing User Edit And so on…..
Solutions • Need: A collaborative developing tool • Tech: Wiki Tech (introduce later) • Example Wikipedia: a multilingual, web-based, free content encyclopedia project
Enough? • AJIS is a online journal Advertisements Related book sales More information on internet – Google search And so on……
What we need more? • Some commercial information from internet e.g: Information from the commercial and open source material on the web eBay Amazon.com and so on….
Goal • Build up a collaborative prototype system for AJIS by wiki tech Similar interface and extended functions • Create relationship with Amazon.com online book sales Automatical highlighted word

MediaWiki • Software framework • Mediawiki’s wiki text fomat • User can edit pages easily without knowing anything about XHTML or CSS
Testing • Modules Testing • Algorithm Testing • Display Testing (Details are in report)
Conclusion • Successfully finish all requirements and Stable • But need more functions • Not decorated enough
Future Work • Automatic machine can read data from source, then input into database • More decorated and more information details • Amazon.com is not much valuable
