  10. Visualization: An Awakening to Current Reality • Narrow View: Career Services’ value is only towards the end of a student’s journey. • Panoramic View: Career Services’ mentoring is essential from the moment the student walks onto campus until job placement is achieved following graduation.

  11. Career Services’ accountability does not only come when the graduates are placed in jobs within their fields of study. Ongoing accountability is the principle which influences Career Services on how they begin their involvement with a pre-start student.
